Why re-rank instead of picking one winner

A driveway top-up and a four-tire air-up after a trail run are different engineering problems. The first rewards a light, cheap, accurate unit; the second rewards airflow, duty cycle and a hose that survives heat. A single “best” list has to pick one of those buyers and quietly ignore the other.

Each scenario page states its weights as percentages, so you can see exactly why the order changed — and if you disagree with a weight, the raw sub-scores are on every review and the overall ranking uses no weighting at all.
